Our Returns Promise

At HONG KONG ZHONGDA LIXIN TRADING CO., LIMITED, we stand behind the quality of our premium outdoor & garden supplies, camping gear, and patio & garden tools. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process designed for your peace of mind.

Cancellation Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within this period. Orders may be canceled before shipment; after shipment, the standard return policy applies.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.
  • Not classified as a non-returnable item (see below).

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, masks) that have been opened or worn.
  • Items that are installed, modified, or custom-made (including cut-to-length products).
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” in the product description.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at zhongdalixin77@163.com or via phone at 13710074447 with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely, clearly label the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship to the address provided.
  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Inspection and Refund Timing

Once your return is received, our team inspects the item within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method via PayPal or your credit/debit card processor. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

PayPal & Card Refund Path

Our store processes payments through PayPal and major credit/debit cards. All refunds follow the same path as the original payment: PayPal refunds are sent back to your PayPal account; card refunds are credited to the same card used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at zhongdalixin77@163.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange a pre-paid return label and ship the replacement once the original item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide your order number, a clear photo of the issue, and a brief description. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you—including a free replacement or full refund, and we will cover return shipping costs.
