At Zhongda Lixin Trading, we are committed to delivering your outdoor and garden essentials efficiently and reliably. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, fees, and responsibilities to ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers in the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak periods or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options for US destinations:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days (tracked).
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (tracked).

Delivery times are estimates starting from the ship date and are not guaranteed. Actual transit may vary based on carrier schedules, customs clearance, and destination remoteness.

Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Orders containing bulky items (e.g., patio furniture, large garden tools) may incur additional surcharges. We do not offer free shipping unless stated in a specific promotion.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship via reputable carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the product and destination. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment using the link provided.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All shipments originate from our warehouse in Hong Kong. International orders (including shipments to the United States) may be subject to import duties, customs clearance fees, and taxes imposed by US Customs and Border Protection. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated fees before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at zhongdalixin77@163.com or call 13710074447 as soon as possible. We can modify the address if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to redirect packages. Ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the item, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For lost packages during transit (not marked delivered), we will work with the carrier to locate the shipment and, if necessary, reship or issue a refund after investigation.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses or at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. No additional shipping fees will be charged for split shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zhongdalixin77@163.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
